Free Plans FAQ

When you click the “Activate” button, you will be redirected to a page where you need to subscribe to 20 other channels and like 20 videos. After you click the “Activate” button, follow the instructions written on the page to successfully subscribe to channels and like videos.

If you experience any problems trying to like and/or subscribe to a channel, click the “Skip” button to display a new channel. When you have successfully subscribed to 20 channels and liked 20 videos, the Starter plan will be activated and you will receive 10 subscribers back within the 12 hour activation period.

This new system is very efficient and will deliver all 10 subscribers back to you before the 12-hour mark, before you can re-activate the button, but keep in mind that some people may unsubscribe from you, causing you to receive about 7-10 subscribers during each activation. Those who unsubscribe from other users obtained through SoNuker are automatically banned.
The first suggestion we can make is to try logging into with a different account than the one you are currently using the like and subscribe on our website. You do have the ability to log into with the channel you want to receive the services on, but activate a plan and like/subscribe using a different account. Please try this first. If this does not work, please continue reading our other suggestions.

Very commonly, this issue occurs because the IP address you are connected with has subscribed to too many channels in the day. The maximum number is approximately 75, so if you have used our websites and perhaps another sub4sub website all in the same day, you have reached this limit.

If you are connected to the Internet using a VPN or Proxies, it is possible those publicly used IP addresses have also reached that limit.

The best solution we can immediately suggest is to try again 24 hours later (if you had used multiple sub4sub websites in the same day), or to disconnect from your VPN or Proxy connection if you are currently using one.

Furthermore, a YouTube account is only able to subscribe to a maximum of 2,000 channels. If you have already subscribed to 2,000 other channels, then this is likely the reason you are unable to successfully register your efforts. The solution in this case is to log into our website with the channel you want to receive the subscriptions back and then when you are activating a plan, log into a different account.
If you are having difficulties subscribing to a channel for any reason, simply press the yellow “Skip” button to load a new channel. Once the new channel is loaded, you can try to subscribe to that and it should work.

If it does not work, press the “Login” link at the top of the page to re-login and then you should be able to resume where you left off. This will refresh the page.
Cancelling your free plan is easy. Simply do not log into and use our services and you will no longer receive or send any new subscribers. Please keep in mind that the channels you had subscribed to during the usage with must remain on your account to be fair to the other users.

Enterprise, Elite & Celebrity Plans FAQ

The Enterprise, Elite and Celebrity plans are very popular for a variety of reasons.

When you subscribe to one of these plans, you automatically receive 10-15 subscribers (Enterprise), 20-30 subscribers (Elite), or 40-60 subscribers (Celebrity) every single day, 100% automatically. When you purchase the Enterprise, Elite or Celebrity plan, your channel gets entered into the network within a few hours and then remains inside of it for 24 hours, which is the start of your first day. During that 24 hour period, you will receive your day’s quota of subscribers and then the cycle repeats again the next day. Keep in mind, the subscribers do not come instantly, but are all delivered within the 24 hour period, each day.
To answer this question, there are a few factors to consider. Here is what you need to know:

When you use the SoNuker service, statistics shows that approximately 70-80% of the subscribers you receive each day remain on your account. With that being said, we often deliver extras to help compensate for the losses.

The reason they do not all remain on your account is because some people do not follow the rules and unsubscribe, but are banned and/or penalized for this and YouTube also automatically deletes some subscribers.

Furthermore, YouTube’s latest algorithms often delete a portion of the subscribers that are delivered. To decrease the amount YouTube deletes, you should focus on putting out new videos and increasing the views and likes on your videos. If you have more subscribers than views, it doesn’t make logical sense for that to happen, so YouTube will be more inclined to delete more subscribers.

The quality of the subscribers you receive is the highest available for purchase on the Internet and the quantity you receive on a monthly basis is far greater than you can purchase from any website for the low cost of the Enterprise or Celebrity plans. If you purchase a subscription plan and are not happy with the service, please contact us within 3 days of your subscription payment date and we will fully refund and cancel your subscription. If you contact us more than 3 days after your subscription payment was made and request a refund, our team will review your account and if it’s due to an error on our end, we will fully refund your order, or will refund the prorated amount of unused days in the month, or not refund anything if it is 7+ days after you had subscribed to our service.
Sometimes, users place multiple orders for the same service without even realizing it. We manually review when this happens and in most cases, it is obvious to us that the user did not intend to do this. We will then cancel and refund the excess order(s), but keep 1 active so you can continue receiving our service. Refunds usually take 10-15 business days to appear back in your account.
When you purchase an Enterprise, Elite or Celebrity subscription, you will automatically be billed on the same day of each month. If at some point you no longer need your SoNuker subscription, simply send us a message via our Contact Us page and we will set your account to expire at the end of your current month’s subscription.

If for example, you subscribed on the 23rd of the month, but write us about cancelling your account on the 10th of the next month, we will set your account to cancel 13 days later, at the end of your current month’s subscription. If you were to prefer immediate cancellation, simply let us know and we can do that for you as well.

You are not obligated to remain subscribed for any period of time, but you will need to write us when you are ready to cancel. We will then handle it and send you a confirmation message.
You can activate a paid plan using our onsite payment option and cancel your plan at any time. Simply email us after you’ve signed up for a paid plan and we will set your account to end after the one month period and you will not be billed again.
